Each user is permitted to register only one account on 9win. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, secondary accounts, or accounts registered under false names) are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, cancel bonuses, and confiscate any winnings.

You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and any other documents we deem necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
9win accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and QRIS instant payments. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time, provided your account has completed KYC verification and you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.
9win processes withdrawal requests within 3 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are completed within this timeframe. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant. Processing times may be extended during bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or if additional verification is required.
9win does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1.000.000 (regardless of win or loss) before you can withdraw. This requirement applies even if you have not claimed any bonus.
9win offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type:
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as opposite betting on sports events or low-risk casino strategies), is strictly prohibited. 9win reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per round or game is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bets placed on 9win are final and cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, 9win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
9win offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, tennis, MotoGP, e-sports, and other sports. If a match is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not played as scheduled, all bets will be void unless a result has already been determined.
Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sicbo) are streamed in real-time from certified studios with professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels and are not generated by RNG software. If a technical disruption occurs during a live game round, 9win will void the round and refund all bets placed.
All slot games and RNG-based casino games on 9win use certified Random Number Generator software that is independently audited for fairness. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in the game information panel. 9win does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP percentages.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, access to your account will be restricted. If your account is terminated for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause by 9win, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you have an active bonus or pending wagering requirements, these will be forfeited upon account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9win is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of 9win services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by 9win.
